Flexible Drop-in Containment Liners

Flexible Liner Materials

Only the highest grade PVC materials are used in our liners. Our liners are made from virgin resins and contain no fillers. The standard material is available in thicknesses of 30 mil, 60 mil, 3/32", 1/8" and 3/16". A high temperature premium material is also available. This premium material can hold solutions up to 180° F and is available in 3/32", 1/8" and 3/16" thicknesses.

Liner Construction

A dielectric seaming process is used to ensure that welds provide full material tear strength and a smooth bond. Each liner is custom built to fit your tank or containment dimensions. Added features of tanks can be built into the liner such as weirs, overflows, sloped bottoms, dividing walls, inlets, outlets and sumps.

Special Features

• Hydrolytic Bottoms - A double bottom that allows fluid between the two liner bottoms. This acts as a shock absorber to protect the liner from dropped parts and other physical abuse.
• Skirts - An extra thickness of material to protect the liner from physical abuse (such as parts rubbing the side walls) and attack of fumes from solutions (especially hard chrome).
• Teflon Skirts - A special skirt designed to extend the life of a liner in 24 hour hard chrome operations.

Tank Liners

For primary containment of fluids and to protect tanks against highly corrosive and aggressive solutions for steel, wood, fiberglass, and concrete tanks. Installation services are available. Liners are available in flexible PVC, HDPE, Urethanes, PP and other specialty materials.

Drop-in Liners

For corrosion protection and primary containment of metal-finishing solutions and waste water. Custom built from flexible PVC. Due to our quick turn-around, we can get your leaking tank back in service fast.

Pond Liners

We offer custom-sized liners made of Firestone PondGard™ EPDM, Fish Grade PVC, and MDPE. Liner can be produced in any size to meet you requirements. We also carry a full range of pumps, filters, and unique pond accessories.

Secondary Containment Systems

Arrowhead offers systems to contain the aggressive solutions from the largest industrial tank farm to a small floor cover in a metal-finishing shop. Custom system are available, made from HDPE, Flexible PVC and other specialty materials. Full installation services are available.

Pit & Lagoon Liners

Arrowhead offers pit and lagoon liners that will meet you regulatory compliance needs. Large liners can be custom fabricated in one piece up to 4,000 lbs.

Full installation services are available nationwide for MDPE and HDPE liners. These systems are in place in a broad range of applications from agricultural waste to petrochemical facilities.

Wet Land Liners

Custom sized wetland liners are available in MDPE, Flexible PVC, and EPDM. Arrowhead offers extremely fast turn-around time to meet you installation schedule.

Emergency Water Storage Tanks

Be prepared for a disaster with a 250 or 500 gallon water tank from Arrowhead Plastic. These tanks are made from FDA approved PVC material and are filled and emptied without the use of a pump.
